DMCA Policy

Colours Of Time 2025 Subs respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to our designated Copyright Agent.

This policy outlines the procedure for filing a copyright infringement notification and for issuing a counter-notification, should your content be mistakenly removed.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Colours Of Time 2025 Subs infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written notification of claimed infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide sufficient detail, such as the title of the work, and include a URL or other reference to where the copyrighted work can be found (e.g., ISBN, copyright registration number, etc.).
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide specific URLs where the alleged infringing material is located on Colours Of Time 2025 Subs. Please be as precise as possible.
  3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Colours Of Time 2025 Subs to contact the complaining party: This includes your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification of the material, you have the right to file a counter-notification. A proper counter-notification must contain the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Describe the content and provide the URL(s) at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Colours Of Time 2025 Subs may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Colours Of Time 2025 Subs will send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party, informing them that Colours Of Time 2025 Subs may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at Colours Of Time 2025 Subs' sole discretion.
